The first part of the session included a scientific discussion presented by the college's educational counselor, Hussein Al-Ameedi. He addressed the impact of positive thinking on enhancing mental health, emphasizing that adopting constructive thoughts contributes to developing thinking styles and opening new horizons for students, as well as enabling them to face academic challenges with confidence and balance.

In the second part, the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Uday Abdul-Ridha Hussein Al-Rikabi, and his Associate for Scientific Affairs, Asst. They urged the students to avoid behaviors that exhaust and burden the mind, and to focus on time management and building a balanced study environment, affirming that psychological well-being represents the fundamental pillar for achieving success and excellence.

This session comes within a series of awareness activities that the College of Pharmacy is keen to organize in support of its students and to enhance their academic journey.
