About the Laboratory:
The Phantom Laboratory for undergraduate studies is one of the essential laboratories in the Restorative Dentistry Department, featuring a specialized teaching staff with high efficiency and expertise. In this laboratory, undergraduate students complete the practical training for dental fillings, crowns, and bridges before commencing patient care and clinical practice.

The Phantom Laboratory adopts an educational program that keeps pace with continuous development and skills to familiarize dentistry students with the science and knowledge of restorative dentistry, aspiring to achieve distinction and leadership in all areas of dental treatments.
Mission:
Creating an organized environment to qualify ethically, scientifically, professionally, and research-distinguished students in the field of restorative dentistry. The mission also includes contributing to community development and securing a competent laboratory staff to bridge the gap in market demands and keep pace with development plans.
Objectives:
Developing the manual skills of undergraduate students during the pre-clinical period based on solid scientific foundations. This enables them to acquire further skills, knowledge, and learning, making them capable of handling complex clinical cases involving dental fillings and fixed prosthodontics, and treating them using the latest scientific methods.

The laboratory is located on the ground floor of the College of Dentistry with a capacity of 40 students.
