The College of Pharmacy, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center, organized a scientific workshop titled "Encouraging the Use of Alternative Therapies," under the supervision of its Dean, Professor Dr. Uday Abdul Redha Hussein Al-Rikabi.
The workshop was presented by Assistant Lecturer Ali Mohammed Jaafar, who addressed the importance of alternative therapies and their role in supporting the healthcare system, as well as defining the most prominent types and mechanisms for their safe and effective use.
The workshop was attended by several college faculty members and staff, who engaged with its themes, emphasizing the importance of such scientific activities in enhancing knowledge and developing skills in the health field.
This workshop is part of a series of scientific activities that the college is keen to organize, aiming to spread health awareness and promote the adoption of safe and integrated therapeutic methods, contributing to community service and elevating the scientific and professional level of its personnel.
