The Quality Assurance and University Performance Department at our university, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center, organized a training course titled "Activating the Employee Motivation Mechanism within the Steps of the University Performance Evaluation Program 2024-2025." The course was held in the computer laboratory affiliated with the aforementioned center, and attended by a number of administrative department directors and university staff.
The course was presented by the Director of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department, Asst. Lect. Ahmed Sabeeh Abdul Aboud. During the course, he addressed the mechanisms of applying the employee motivation system and linking it to performance evaluation indicators, which contributes to enhancing the efficiency of institutional work and achieving approved quality standards.
The course included a detailed explanation of the steps for implementing the university performance evaluation program, mechanisms for calculating scores, and ways to utilize evaluation results to support the work environment and motivate administrative staff. This reflects positively on the level of achievement and general performance at the university, aligning with its vision to elevate institutional performance and achieve academic and administrative excellence.
