Represented by the Student Activities Department, our university participated in the University Fine Arts Festival hosted by the University of Baghdad, featuring the participation of more than 60 public and private universities from across various Iraqi governorates, within the activities and initiatives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research aimed at supporting student and artistic endeavors and nurturing creative talents.
The festival was held under the auspices of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and under the supervision of the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Apparatus. Our university's participation came as an affirmation of its dedication to fostering student talents and potential, supporting artistic creativity, and providing platforms that enable students to showcase their skills and abilities, while also strengthening bonds of communication and artistic-cultural exchange among Iraqi universities.
The Director of the Student Activities Department at our university, Dr. Hussein Hakim Al-Jasoor, stated that art represents an expansive domain for discovering talents, refining capabilities, and consolidating a culture of innovation and excellence, stemming from the university's mission to develop a well-rounded university persona that integrates knowledge, skill, and creativity.
