University of Al-Ameed achieved a distinguished milestone by securing second place in cultural activities among Iraqi universities, competing against nearly 120 public and private universities. This accomplishment reflects the excellence of its students and their active presence across various university events and activities.
This achievement comes as the fruit of continuous efforts by the university presidency to support student activities and its commitment to fostering a stimulating campus environment that nurtures student talent and refines their cultural and intellectual capabilities, alongside encouraging active participation in university forums and competitions.
The Director of the Student Activities Department at the university, Dr. Hussein Hakim, confirmed that this success resulted from the ongoing support and great attention given by the university presidency to student activities, in addition to the dedicated efforts of the students, supervisors, and department staff. He noted that this distinction serves as an incentive to continue working toward even greater achievements in the coming phase.
