Under the patronage of the University President, Prof. Dr. Jawdat Nouri Al-Jashaami, the Department of Quality Assurance and University Performance at our university, in cooperation with Ibdaa Al-Tamayuz Company, organized a workshop titled "The Importance of Applying ISO Standards in Achieving Quality and Institutional Excellence" in the Imam Al-Mujtaba (peace be upon him) Hall at the center of the university campus.
The workshop was presented by the representative of Ibdaa Al-Tamayuz Company, Engineer Manar Abdul-Amir Suhail, who addressed the importance of applying ISO standards, their role in developing institutional work systems, enhancing performance quality, and increasing the efficiency of procedures and operations, thereby contributing to institutional excellence in accordance with approved standards.
The workshop was attended by the Vice Presidents of the University, a number of college deans, department heads, and staff members. It included presenting a set of topics related to quality and institutional accreditation, the mechanisms of applying ISO standards, and discussing ways to develop performance and improve the level of administrative and academic services and processes. These efforts aim to solidify a culture of quality and excellence and develop institutional performance, thereby enhancing academic and administrative standing and supporting the university's trajectory toward achieving quality standards and institutional accreditation.
