The educational laboratories at the College of Pharmacy at Al-Ameed University are considered one of the fundamental pillars that contribute to preparing highly competent students in the fields of pharmaceutical and medical sciences. They provide a modern educational environment equipped with the latest devices and technologies that keep pace with scientific development in pharmaceutical education.
The college includes a group of specialized laboratories, including: the Medical Sciences Lab, the Pharmaceutical Chemistry Lab, the Computer Lab, the Pharmacology and Toxicology Lab, the Clinical Pharmacy Lab, the Pathophysiology Lab, the Pharmaceutical Technology Lab, the Industrial Pharmacy Lab, the Pharmacognosy and Medicinal Plants Lab, the Clinical Laboratory Sciences Lab, and the Advanced Pharmaceutical Chemistry Lab.
All of these laboratories aim to enhance the practical aspect for students and link theoretical knowledge with practical application, through training on laboratory skills, diagnosing samples, and preparing pharmaceutical formulations. This is done under the supervision of a specialized academic staff, which prepares graduates to be qualified to practice the profession with high efficiency and to contribute to serving the health and pharmaceutical sectors in Iraq.
