College of Medicine Students Embody the Spirit of Giving in a Humanitarian Initiative to Bring Joy to Orphans and Enhance Societal Values

A number of first-stage students at the College of Medicine in our university organized a humanitarian visit to an orphanage, under the supervision of Lect. Dr. Nibras Tariq Al-Naqib, Asst. Prof. Dr. Buraeer Sadiq Al-Attar, and Educational Guide Maryam Ali. This comes within the framework of enhancing humanitarian values and consolidating the culture of volunteer work among students.

The visit witnessed a humanitarian atmosphere filled with love and solidarity, as the students presented gifts and food to the orphan children and engaged them in a variety of recreational activities, including games and face painting. This initiative aimed at bringing joy and happiness to their hearts and enhancing the spirit of human empathy.

The participating students expressed their happiness in taking part in this voluntary initiative, emphasizing that such activities contribute to enhancing the human aspect of a medical student's personality and instilling the values of mercy and social responsibility, in alignment with the university's mission of serving the community.
