As part of its efforts aimed at supporting the electronic automation project and enhancing digital transformation in administrative work, the College of Nursing organized a training workshop titled "Electronic Archiving," within the framework of its plan aimed at developing administrative structures and raising the efficiency of handling official documents using modern digital systems.
The workshop was presented by Asst. Lect. Ali Jaafar Ali, under the supervision of the Dean's Assistant for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ridha Mohammed Lafta. Its themes addressed the importance of transitioning from traditional paper archiving to electronic archiving, as it represents a fundamental step in organizing data, accelerating the completion of transactions, and reducing errors, in addition to ensuring the ease of saving and retrieving information.
The workshop also shed light on the role of electronic archiving in supporting the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education towards e-governance and achieving a more efficient and flexible administrative environment, in alignment with the requirements of technological development in academic institutions.
For its part, the College Deanship affirmed its continuous commitment to adopting electronic automation projects and implementing modern systems that contribute to improving the quality of institutional performance and providing an advanced administrative work environment that supports the academic and scientific journey, alongside developing the skills of the administrative and teaching staff in the field of using digital technologies.
