The President of Al-Ameed University, Prof. Dr. Jawdat Nouri Al-Jashami, conducted a field inspection on Saturday (January 24, 2026) at the university's new campus located on the Karbala–Babylon road. The visit aimed to monitor work progress and evaluate the academic and administrative status across various faculties.
As part of the visit, the President chaired an extensive meeting with the Council of the College of Pharmacy to discuss the college's Program Accreditation file. The meeting focused on the latest updates and the necessary requirements to finalize accreditation procedures in accordance with established quality standards.
The meeting was attended by the Acting Vice President for Scientific Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Lamia Abdul-Karim, and the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Prof. Dr. Uday Abdul-Ridha Hussein Al-Rikabi, along with members of the College Council and the Program Accreditation Committee.
During the session, the President emphasized the vital importance of collective efforts and teamwork to fulfill accreditation requirements. He noted that these steps align with the university’s vision to enhance educational quality and ensure distinguished learning outcomes that meet labor market demands and international academic benchmarks.
