Al-Ameed University received a student delegation of preparatory school graduates from Babil Governorate as part of a project to support students, enhance their academic awareness, and enable them to choose the appropriate university specialization. This project is organized weekly by the Sayyid Al-Ma' (peace be upon him) Educational and Cultural Complex in the Al-Hindiya district, affiliated with the Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs at the Al-Abbas (p) Holy Shrine.
Mr. Hassan Abd Awda, Assistant Director of the Complex, stated in an exclusive comment to the university's media, "This visit comes to review the university's advanced infrastructure and to learn about its academic departments and modern scientific facilities, in a way that helps students determine their future university choices in a realistic and informed manner."
Awda added, "This is a weekly program for students. Al-Ameed University provided an exceptional reception for the students, which reflected the bright image of Al-Ameed University."
It is noteworthy that the delegation was received by counselors from the Department of Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance at the university, who accompanied the students on a tour that included smart classrooms and advanced educational laboratories, while providing a detailed explanation of the study programs, student services, and available educational opportunities.
