Eng. Yasser Hussein Fadel, Head of the Department of Diwan Affairs at Al-Ameed University, held a series of meetings with the heads of the various units and the staff members of the department, which extended over the course of an entire week, with the aim of developing a comprehensive work plan for the new academic year.
The meetings included a review of the previous plan, the achievements accomplished under it, and the identification of what had not been completed, along with proposing solutions and setting a new developmental plan to overcome challenges and correct shortcomings.
The discussions also addressed the mechanisms for maintaining and cleaning the student dormitories (for both male and female students), providing the necessary supplies to ensure a healthy university housing environment, in addition to stressing the importance of the role played by the supporting equipment and services in reinforcing the department’s work and ensuring an integrated university environment.
