The Dormitory Affairs Department at our university organized a welcoming meeting with international students residing in the dormitories. This event is part of ministerial activities aimed at enhancing cultural and educational communication and creating a supportive university environment that contributes to the integration of international students and ensures their academic and social stability.
The Director of the Dormitory Affairs Department, Asst. Lect. Rami Mohammed Jawad Al-Asadi, stated to the University Media that the meeting included a discussion of several important themes regarding academic, social, and cultural aspects. It also emphasized the necessity of adhering to university housing regulations and instructions, as well as enhancing the values of belonging and the spirit of positive coexistence within the university community.
Al-Asadi added that the dormitory administration is committed to providing an integrated humanitarian and educational atmosphere for international students. This aligns with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regarding the care of this important segment, supporting their academic and psychological stability, which reflects positively on their academic journey within the university.
