Under the patronage of the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Jawdat Nouri Al-Jashamy, the Female Dormitories Department organized a female mourning council to commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Ali bin Al-Hussain Al-Sajjad (peace be upon him). The event took place in the new female dormitory building, in the presence of a number of the university's female staff members.
The council commenced with a blessed recitation of verses from the Holy Quran. This was followed by a lecture addressing the blessed biography of Imam Al-Sajjad (peace be upon him), the values of patience, steadfastness, and devotion he embodied, and his immense role in preserving the message of the Hussaini renaissance while consolidating the principles of authentic Islam following the tragic Battle of Taff.
The council concluded with the recitation of Hussaini elegies within a spiritual atmosphere filled with sorrow and reverence, extending condolences to the Messenger of Allah, Muhammad (may规范 bless him and his family and grant them peace), and his pure Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) on this painful anniversary.
