The Strategic Plan Preparation Committee at the College of Pharmacy held an expanded meeting chaired by the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Adiy Abdul Redha Hussein Al-Rikabi. The meeting featured the participation of the Head of the Karbala Pharmacists Syndicate, Dr. Ali Ghani Abdul Shahid, and several syndicate members, within the framework of enhancing joint cooperation between the college and relevant professional entities.
During the meeting, the themes of the strategic plan and its future goals were discussed to ensure alignment with the requirements of the current healthcare landscape and labor market needs. The discussion aimed to harmonize pharmaceutical education outcomes with the aspirations of health and professional institutions. Opinions and observations were exchanged to contribute to developing the plan and formulating it in a more comprehensive and effective manner.
This meeting served as a prelude to the adoption and ratification of the strategic plan, aiming to enhance the quality of the educational process, elevate the academic and institutional performance of the College of Pharmacy, and contribute to achieving its scientific and societal goals.
