Our university council held its third regular session for the 2026–2027 academic year, chaired by Council President Professor Dr. Jawdat Nouri Al-Jash'ami, to discuss a range of academic and administrative areas aimed at advancing institutional performance and elevating university operations in alignment with the university's approved plans and directions.
The session emphasized the importance of developing professional practice and strengthening ties of cooperation and partnership with professional syndicates and institutions. It also addressed the formulation of a performance evaluation policy for probationary employees, alongside approving academic titles for several faculty members and proceeding with academic promotion procedures.
Furthermore, the council addressed the necessity of adhering to the implementation of approved annual plans according to designated timelines, maintaining stability and balance in teaching staff numbers, thereby contributing to higher academic and administrative efficiency and ensuring continuous enhancement of the university environment.
