The College of Dentistry at University of Al-Ameed organized a specialized scientific workshop on T-Scan technology and occlusion assessment at the college's teaching clinics, with the participation of a select group of faculty members, dental students, and engineers.
Presented by Dr. Saif Salah from Baghdad and Dr. Zaid Al-Shammari from Denmark, the workshop addressed several scientific and practical topics. These included an introduction to T-Scan technology, its significance in diagnosing and analyzing occlusion, and an overview of its key clinical applications in dentistry.
The workshop also featured hands-on training on operating the device to evaluate, analyze, and measure the distribution of occlusal forces, thereby enhancing diagnostic accuracy and improving the quality of clinical procedures in line with modern dental technologies.
Organizing this workshop falls within the college's ongoing efforts to keep pace with scientific advances and modern techniques in the medical field, while providing an advanced educational and training environment that develops the skills of faculty, students, and specialized staff.
