Under the patronage of the University President, Prof. Dr. Jawdat Nouri Al-Jashamy, the College of Medicine, in cooperation with the Basira Charitable and Cultural Team, organized a humanitarian blood donation campaign. This initiative coincided with the blessed birth anniversary of the Master of the Age and Time, Imam Al-Mahdi Al-Muntadhar (may Allah hasten his noble reappearance).
The campaign aims to instill the values of sacrifice, giving, and social solidarity within the university community. It seeks to draw inspiration from the approach of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) in generosity and doing good, recognizing the positive impact of such initiatives in enhancing the spirit of humanitarian responsibility and serving society.
The campaign witnessed wide participation from faculty members, students, and staff, amidst distinguished organization and specialized medical supervision. This reflects the university's commitment to supporting activities with a humanitarian and social dimension.
