Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Prof. Dr. Uday Abdul-Ridha Hussein Al-Rikabi, the college organized a specialized scientific lecture titled "Synthesis of Esters Using the Mitsunobu Method," presented by the faculty member Asst. Lecturer Ali Mohammed Saeed.
The lecture aimed to introduce the various methods of ester synthesis, highlighting their clinical importance and the scientific and practical benefits of their preparation. It further illustrated the distinctions between traditional synthetic routes and the modern Mitsunobu Reaction, emphasizing its superior efficiency and advanced applications within the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
