On Saturday, January 25, 2025, the College of Basic Education for Girl at Al-Ameed University held a women's commemorative majlis marking the martyrdom anniversary of Bāb Allah (The Gate to Allah), Imam Mūsā al-Kāẓim (peace be upon him).
The event, held in the main hall of the college building, witnessed a wide attendance of academic and administrative staff along with female students. The majlis commenced with a fragrant recitation from the Holy Qur’an, followed by a lecture that explored the noble biography of Imam al-Kāẓim (peace be upon him), highlighting its profound spiritual and moral meanings.
This event comes as part of the College’s ongoing programs to reinforce religious and cultural values among students and the university community, and to shed light on the legacy of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), who serve as timeless exemplars of knowledge, patience, and piety.
