In line with the university's commitment to enhancing quality standards and academic accreditation across its educational programs, the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Jawdat Nouri Al-Jashami, chaired an expansive meeting today, Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at the College of Pharmacy. The meeting was attended by the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Uday Abdul-Redha Hussein Al-Rikabi, along with vice-deans and the heads and members of the programmatic accreditation committees.
The meeting focused on the ongoing preparations to receive the delegation from the National Ministerial Council for Academic Accreditation. Discussions centered on a comprehensive and meticulous review of accreditation files to ensure full compliance with the established programmatic accreditation requirements. This process reflects the university's dedication to elevating academic performance and fostering a culture of quality assurance.
During the session, the University President emphasized the necessity of concerted efforts between scientific and administrative committees to complete accreditation requirements in accordance with approved frameworks and standards. He noted that the university is steadfast in executing its developmental plans aimed at consolidating the educational process and achieving institutional excellence.
This meeting is part of a series of strategic steps adopted by Al-Ameed University to strengthen its scientific and academic standing, aligning with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to support accreditation programs and quality assurance.
