The Electronic Computer Division at the College of Dentistry, Al-Ameed University, held a training workshop dedicated to the faculty and students of the college. This falls within the framework of developing technical skills and enhancing the use of modern electronic systems in academic and clinical work.
The workshop included training on the "Alameed Dental Clinic" program for electronic clinic management. It will be implemented for one week on a trial basis to evaluate its efficiency and effectiveness in organizing work and documenting patient data and provided medical services. The lecture was delivered by the Director of the Electronic Computer Division at the College of Dentistry, Ms. Fatima Haider.
Ms. Fatima Haider stated in an exclusive declaration to the University Media that this workshop comes as part of the college's plan for digital transformation and keeping pace with technical developments in the medical field. The electronic clinics program contributes to facilitating procedures and organizing data with high accuracy.
She added that the program will help faculty and students gain practical experience in dealing with electronic systems adopted in modern medical institutions.
She pointed out that the trial week will include field follow-up to evaluate feedback and proposals with the aim of developing the program before its official and permanent adoption within the college.
