n activation of the role of college students in participating in academic decision-making, and in recognition of the importance of their opinions and proposals in developing the educational process, the Dean of the College of Nursing at Al-Ameed University, Prof. Dr. Diaa Kareem Al-Bayati, held an extensive meeting on Monday, corresponding to (29/9/2025), with second- and third-stage students of the college, in the presence of the Administrative Assistant to the Dean, Prof. Dr. Reda Mohammed Lefteh, the Scientific Assistant to the Dean, Dr. Shahzan Hassan Badr, along with a select group of faculty members.
During the meeting, the Dean reviewed the directives of the Presidency of Al-Ameed University, emphasizing that this meeting comes as a continuation of the Open University Day activities, aimed at bridging communication between the administration and the students. He also listened to the students’ observations, challenges, and proposals, and directed the implementation of appropriate measures to address them.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Dean expressed his gratitude and appreciation to all attendees, affirming that such meetings will continue on a regular basis to strengthen effective partnership between the college and its students.
