The College of Nursing at Al-Ameed University held an extensive meeting chaired by Prof. Dr. Redha Mohammed Lafta, Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Shahzanan Hassan, Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, with the attendance of a number of faculty members and administrative staff, to discuss the means of developing the educational process and the distribution of graduation projects.
The meeting addressed the importance of adopting modern teaching methods that align with quality assurance and academic accreditation standards, emphasizing the enhancement of academic performance, strengthening the role of academic guidance, and ensuring field follow-up of students. During the meeting, graduation projects were distributed among fourth-year students based on a transparent and fair mechanism, in implementation of the directives of the University Presidency.
At the conclusion of the meeting, it was announced that a scientific workshop will soon be organized on the preparation of graduation research projects, as part of the college’s continuous efforts—under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Dhiaa Al-Bayati, Dean of the College—to advance the quality of education and realize the university’s vision of preparing distinguished and competent professionals in the field of nursing.
