The Department of Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance at Al-Ameed University, under the supervision of the department director, Prof. Dr. Hassanain Adnan Al-Mousawi, and female educational counselors, organized a field visit for female students from the university's colleges to the shrine of the two Imams Al-Kadhimayn (peace be upon them), to be honored by visiting them and blessed with a lunch meal at the host restaurant (Madhif) of the Al-Kadhimiya Holy Shrine.
Dr. Al-Mousawi said that this activity comes as part of the weekly program organized by the department every Thursday, aiming to enhance the spiritual and faith aspects of the female students, and to strengthen moral and religious bonds, through direct contact with the atmosphere of the holy shrines and visiting them regularly.
He indicated that this program is part of the purposeful educational activities through which the Psychological Counseling Department seeks to support the psychological and emotional aspects of the students within an integrated academic environment at Al-Ameed University.
