Al-Ameed University today welcomed professors and students from various medical colleges across Iraq, in preparation for their participation in a distinguished workshop organized in cooperation with the Royal College of Physicians – London (Iraq Fellows Network), under the slogan: “Together We Advance… Towards Building and Leading the Future of Medical Education in Iraq.”
The workshop, titled “Peer-Assisted Learning,” will be held on September 11–12, 2025, at the College of Medicine at Al-Ameed University.
The delegations were received by the Acting Dean of the College of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Hassan Nasrallah, and the Head of the Medical Education Unit, Prof. Dr. Hussam Al-Zuwaini, who welcomed the students and emphasized the importance of the workshop in enhancing collaborative learning skills, fostering academic interaction among students, and achieving the university’s vision of advancing medical education in Iraq.
