As part of the requirements for academic accreditation, and in line with the commitment to developing administrative skills and enhancing institutional performance efficiency, the Deanship of the College of Medicine at our university organized a developmental training lecture titled "How to Make a Decision," targeting the college's administrative staff.

The lecture was delivered by Prof. Dr. Abdullah Mohammed Jawad. It covered the scientific foundations of decision-making, mechanisms for problem analysis, and the evaluation of alternatives, leading to the selection of the optimal decision. These processes were framed to align with institutional goals and enhance the quality of administrative work.

The lecture was attended by the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Sattar Jabbar Rahi. Speaking to University Media, he emphasized the importance of holding such development programs, noting that they support the path of academic accreditation, raise the level of job performance, and consolidate a culture of institutional work based on sound planning and rational decision-making.
