University of Al-Ameed extends its educational role beyond the classroom through outreach activities directed to the wider community, including schools, young people, families, vulnerable groups and community organisations.
During 2025, the University delivered and supported educational and awareness activities covering areas such as health and wellbeing, breast cancer awareness, first aid, medication safety, mental health, obesity, addiction, bullying, child development, environmental awareness, green education, renewable energy, public safety and responsible community behaviour.
These activities were implemented through lectures, workshops, awareness campaigns and practical training, often in cooperation with schools, government directorates, healthcare institutions and non-governmental or community organisations.
The University also maintains engagement with its alumni, including graduates employed in hospitals, healthcare institutions and universities, supporting continued professional connection, knowledge exchange and opportunities for further learning and development.
The University’s outreach also extends to vulnerable and displaced communities through humanitarian, health and awareness initiatives, helping broaden access to knowledge and support beyond the university campus.
Through these programmes, University of Al-Ameed uses its academic expertise to support community learning, health awareness, social development and sustainable development.
