On the sidelines of the conclusion of the Al-Noor International University Quranic Competition, organized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and hosted by Al-Ameed University, eight leading Iraqi universities at the national level were honored through the presentation of Shields of Excellence, in addition to honoring the top three international universities in appreciation of their distinguished performance and active participation in this significant Quranic event.
The members of the Judging Committee were also honored in recognition of their great efforts in ensuring the success of the competition and upholding fairness in evaluating the contestants.
The honoring ceremony witnessed the presence of official representatives from the Scientific Complex for the Holy Qur’an at the Al-Abbas’s (p) Holy Shrine, the Presidency of Al-Ameed University, representatives from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the participating universities, as well as a number of professors and students.
