Alameed University Participates in the First Day of the Academic Educational Forum on Educational Philosophies and Policies

Alameed University participated in the activities of the first day of the Academic Educational Forum on Educational Philosophies and Policies, organized by the Alameed Educational Group, under the theme: “Building an Islamic Educational Philosophy Between the Actual and the Possible”, with the participation of a distinguished group of academics and researchers specializing in educational studies.

The opening ceremony was attended by Prof. Dr. Abbas Rasheed Al-Dadeh Al-Mousawi, Head of the Higher Education and Education Authority at the Al-Abbas Holy Shrine and a member of its Board of Directors, alongside Dr. Hassan Dakhel, Head of the Education Department at the Al-Abbas Holy Shrine, as well as several other academic and educational figures.

Alameed University was represented at the forum by Assist. Prof. Dr. Lamia Abdul Karim, Acting Scientific Assistant to the University President, Prof. Dr. Hassanein Adnan Murtadha, Head of the University Psychological Counseling Division, Assist. Prof. Dr. Jasim Mohsen Al-Sultani, Director of the Media and Government Communication Department, and Assist. Prof. Haider Al-Araji, Director of the Continuing Education Center.

Alameed University’s participation underscores its commitment to supporting substantive academic dialogues and contributing to the development of a contemporary Islamic educational vision that is rooted in intellectual authenticity while responding to the needs of the modern educational reality, thereby enhancing the role of academic institutions in serving society and advancing the educational process.
