In a step reflecting its growing presence in scientific and knowledge collaboration, the Indexing and Information Systems Center at the Holy Al-Abbas Shrine announced that University of Al-Ameed has joined as a scientific partner in two major projects—the "Authority File for Iraqi Authors" and the "Iraqi Knowledge Portal"—as part of efforts aimed at expanding academic partnerships and strengthening the digital infrastructure of Iraqi knowledge.
This cooperation falls under the framework of projects supervised by the Indexing and Information Systems Center, with support from the Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs at the Holy Shrine, aiming to develop modern information systems and enhance integration between academic institutions and specialized digital and knowledge-based initiatives.
Joining these two projects represents a significant qualitative step toward strengthening scientific partnerships that support national projects. It contributes to showcasing Iraqi scientific output and consolidating its digital presence in line with modern developments in knowledge organization, indexing, and accessibility for researchers and academic institutions.
