As part of the university presidency's commitment to enhancing institutional performance and elevating administrative services, University President Prof. Dr. Jawdat Nouri Al-Jash'ami held an expanded meeting on Tuesday morning with the directors of administrative departments at the university. The meeting was attended by the Vice President for Administrative and Legal Affairs, Prof. Dr. Mushtaq Karim Abdul-Rahim, the Vice President for Scientific Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Lamia Abdul-Karim Issa, alongside several officials and concerned staff.
During the meeting, participants discussed several key topics regarding administrative workflow, reviewing plans and programs capable of developing performance and elevating the level of services provided. Emphasis was also placed on the importance of enhancing coordination and integration across various administrative departments, divisions, and units.
The University President emphasized the necessity of optimal preparation for the new academic year, working as a unified team, and maintaining accuracy and discipline in executing tasks to create an integrated university environment that meets the requirements of students, faculty, and administrative staff.
Furthermore, Dr. Al-Jash'ami underscored the importance of continuously developing administrative procedures, adopting modern management approaches, and leveraging available resources to enhance performance quality and elevate service standards within the university.
The meeting concluded with listening to observations and proposals put forward by department directors, as well as discussing ways to overcome challenges and address obstacles in line with the vision of University of Al-Ameed to achieve institutional excellence and leadership.
