Al-Ameed University organized a solidarity vigil today mourning the soul of one of its dear students, the well-mannered and polite student Mohammed Baqir Akram Sharif, a sixth-stage student at the College of Medicine, who passed away following an unfortunate accident.
The vigil was attended by the university presidency, college deans, directors of scientific and administrative departments, and a large gathering of university affiliates and students from the College of Medicine and other colleges. They expressed their condolences to the deceased's family and colleagues, asking God Almighty to cover him with His vast mercy and to grant his family patience and solace.
The participants in the vigil recalled the qualities of the deceased, who was an example of a diligent and persevering student. He was known for his high morals, calmness, and respect, as well as his good relationships with his colleagues and his great love for knowledge. The deceased constituted a role model to be emulated in commitment and in academic and human conduct.
