As part of its approach to consolidating the standards of modern medical education, the Department of Surgery at the College of Medicine - Al-Ameed University organized a scientific joint lecture in cooperation with the Departments of Anatomy and Physiology for fifth-stage students.
The lecture was delivered by Prof. Dr. Ali Dhul-Fiqar Al-Bassam (Specialist in Human Anatomy), Prof. Dr. Basim Zuwain (Specialist in Medical Physiology), and Assist. Prof. Dr. Adel Al-Masoudi (Specialist in Otorhinolaryngology Surgery). The lecture addressed the scientific intersections among these three medical specializations, thereby enhancing the students’ cognitive and practical integration.
This step aims to merge theoretical and practical aspects, and to prepare students according to the latest educational methods adopted by reputable universities worldwide.
