The University President, Prof. Dr. Jawdat Nouri Al-Jashamy, conducted today, Monday (23/2/2026), an inspection tour that included classrooms, scientific laboratories, and university corridors. The tour aimed to observe firsthand the reality of the university environment and the level of services provided, emphasizing the provision of a suitable educational atmosphere that contributes to supporting the academic journey.
The University President was accompanied on his tour by the University Assistant President for Administrative and Legal Affairs, Prof. Dr. Mushtaq Kareem Abdul Rahim; the Acting University Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Lamia Abdul Kareem; alongside the Dean of the College of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Riyadh Mustafa Murtadha; the Dean of the College of Nursing, Prof. Dr. Dhiyaa Kareem Al-Bayati; and Asst. Prof. Dr. Fatima Abdul Kareem, Director of the Scientific Cooperation and Cultural Relations Department at the university.
During the tour, His Excellency reviewed the readiness of the classrooms and laboratories, and the level of equipment available in them, stressing the importance of adhering to approved academic standards and enhancing the quality of educational and administrative performance.
This tour comes within the framework of the continuous follow-up adopted by the University Presidency to elevate the infrastructure and develop the university environment, in alignment with the university's vision and its strategic goals of enhancing the quality of education and achieving academic excellence.
