The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the launch of the application guidelines and admission regulations for private universities and colleges for the 2025/2026 academic year.
The guide includes the general principles adopted by the centralized electronic application and admission system, the conditions and regulations for applying to morning and evening studies, regulations for other channels, the free scholarship for the medical group, and the minimum application thresholds by specialization for private universities and colleges. It also details the admission inputs for each department and the application mechanism via the electronic higher education platform (HEPIQ/Qadim Platform).
In this regard, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the launch of the first phase of electronic application (the account creation stage), in accordance with the steps outlined in the guide.
