The Continuing Education Center at Al-Ameed University organized a training workshop titled "Job Behavior and Dealing with Others," presented by the Center's Director, Dr. Haider Al-Araji. This falls within the Center's programs aimed at developing staff skills and enhancing the institutional work environment.
Dr. Haider Al-Araji stated in a declaration to the University Media that the workshop covered several themes. It focused on the mechanism of interaction with guests and students in a highly professional manner, the importance of adhering to job duties and administrative instructions, as well as the care for and preservation of university property. This contributes to consolidating the culture of belonging and institutional responsibility.
He added that during the workshop, emphasis was placed on the role of positive job behavior in improving performance quality and building relationships based on respect and cooperation within the university institution. He pointed out that this directly reflects on the university's image and its educational and administrative services.
