The College of Pharmacy continues to provide comprehensive support and guidance to its fifth-year students as they work on their graduation research projects—a fundamental academic requirement for obtaining a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree.
These research projects are conducted under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Uday Abdul-Ridha Hussein Al-Rikabi, alongside distinguished faculty members. The faculty is committed to providing essential scientific and practical mentorship to ensure that all research meets established academic quality standards. To facilitate this, the college offers an integrated scientific environment, providing access to state-of-the-art laboratories and the latest scientific references and resources.
The Deanship of the College of Pharmacy emphasized that the focus on graduation research aligns with the university’s vision to prepare a generation of scientifically and professionally qualified pharmacists. Such graduates are expected to contribute effectively to community service and the advancement of the health and pharmaceutical sectors. Furthermore, the Deanship noted that these projects extend beyond academic requirements, playing a vital role in developing students' critical thinking and scientific analysis skills.
