The President of Al-Ameed University, Prof. Dr. Jawdat Nouri Al-Jashaami, accompanied by the Assistants for Scientific and Administrative Affairs and a number of department directors, conducted a field follow-up on the progress of the registration processes for new students in the university's colleges. This follows the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research's launch of the first batch of admissions. The visit aimed to review the work mechanism, ensure the smoothness of registration procedures, and provide the best services to admitted students.
The Director of the Media and Government Communication Department at Al-Ameed University stated in an exclusive declaration to the University Media that the university presidency attaches great importance to the admissions and registration file, due to what it represents as a scientific and administrative entitlement for new students at the beginning of their university journey.
Al-Sultani added that the field follow-up aims to overcome all obstacles and provide an appropriate organizational environment that contributes to completing the registration process with ease and smoothness.
He indicated that the university has harnessed all its human and technical capabilities to ensure the speedy completion of student transactions in accordance with approved ministerial controls and instructions.
It is worth noting that the staff of the Student Affairs and Registration Department at Al-Ameed University are available daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM to complete the registration procedures for new students and follow up on all their requirements.
