As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance skills and develop its functional staff, the College of Medicine at Al-Ameed University organized a comprehensive training program within an approved plan by the College Council, aligned with the requirements of institutional and programmatic accreditation.
The program was implemented under the supervision of the Associate Dean for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Sattar Jabbar Rahi, and monitored by Prof. Dr. Abdullah Mohammed Jawad, Head of the Sixth Programmatic Accreditation Standard related to the functional staff.
The program covered a range of core topics contributing to building administrative capacities, including the concept and importance of management in medical education, essential skills for administrative roles, time management and productivity techniques, principles of quality in administrative work, in addition to an intellectual workshop titled “How to Benefit from the Hussaini Revolution in Our Academic and Administrative Work.
