On Sunday, August 17, 2025, the President of Al-Ameed University, Prof. Dr. Jawdat Noori Al-Jashaami, received a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) from Dr. Hojjat, President of Tarbiat Modares University in Tehran—one of Iran’s most reputable academic institutions. The MoU was delivered on his behalf by Dr. Mehdi Sojoudi, in the presence of the University’s Assistant President for Administrative and Legal Affairs, Prof. Dr. Mushtaq Kareem Abdulrahim, and Dr. Ali Hameed Al-Galkaawi.
During the meeting, a scientific Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Al-Ameed University and Tarbiat Modares University, aimed at strengthening academic and scientific cooperation between the two institutions through the implementation of joint research projects, as well as the organization of training programs and scientific workshops.
Following the signing, Dr. Mehdi Sojoudi, accompanied by the Assistant President for Administrative and Legal Affairs, Prof. Dr. Mushtaq Kareem Abdulrahim, and Dr. Ali Hameed Al-Galkaawi, conducted an inspection tour of Al-Ameed University’s new building to review its modern infrastructure and recently developed academic facilities designed to support the university’s educational mission.
