An academic delegation from our university visited the College of Medicine at Al-Ayen Iraqi University in response to an official invitation to participate in the final clinical exams for fourth-stage students, as part of the university's efforts to enhance scientific cooperation and exchange expertise in the field of medical education.
The delegation included the Acting Assistant to the University President for Scientific Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Lamiaa Abdul Kareem; the Acting Dean of the College of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Riyadh Mustafa Murtadha; the Head of the Internal Medicine Branch, Prof. Dr. Hassan Nasrallah; and the college's faculty member, Prof. Dr. Kareem Al-Nafei. They participated in monitoring the progress of the clinical exams and directly supervising the student evaluation mechanisms, which reflects the university's commitment to enhancing the quality of academic assessment and consolidating solid scientific standards.
The visit included reviewing the departments of the College of Medicine and Al-Ayen Teaching Hospital, along with the approved clinical training and medical teaching mechanisms, as well as providing valuable scientific feedback to the examined students, which contributes to developing their clinical skills and enhancing their academic and professional competence.
At the conclusion of the visit, the Deanship of the College of Medicine at Al-Ayen Iraqi University honored our university's delegation in appreciation of their active participation in supporting the clinical exams, emphasizing the importance of continuing joint cooperation in a manner that enhances the exchange of expertise and elevates the level of medical education.
