As part of Al-Ameed University's endeavor to establish a media presence that reflects its renewed academic identity, the Department of Media and Government Communication discussed with the Deanship of the College of Dentistry the prospects for developing media work and ways to enhance institutional communication within the university.
Asst. Prof. Dr. Jassim Mohsen Al-Sultani said that the meeting, which brought him together with the Dean of the College, Asst. Prof. Dr. Samer Majeed Al-Nasrawi, was a strategic step toward building a unified media discourse that reflects the university's vision of combining professionalism and innovation.
He emphasized that the meeting discussed the mechanism for transitioning from traditional news publishing to interactive university media, which highlights the college's achievements and its research and student activities in a more impactful and engaging way for the academic audience.
Dr. Al-Sultani indicated that developing media performance within the colleges represents a fundamental pillar for unifying the university's institutional identity and supporting its position in the scientific and media landscape, by activating internal communication channels and highlighting stories of success and innovation.
This meeting comes as part of a series of meetings that the Media Department holds with all college deanships, within the framework of a strategic plan aimed at building a unified media system that reflects Al-Ameed University's values and its academic and societal mission.
