Overview

The University Follow-up Department is responsible for monitoring and evaluating daily performance within the university, ensuring that students and staff strictly adhere to university regulations and guidelines. Additionally, the department is tasked with overseeing campus security, regulating the entry and exit of individuals and vehicles, and promptly managing emergencies and unforeseen crises in direct coordination with the relevant authorities.

Objectives

1. Providing comprehensive protection for the campus (both individuals and properties) and preventing any violations or breaches of public order.
2. Overseeing student compliance with the unified dress code, public decorum, and behavioral codes of conduct across all colleges, gardens, and university facilities.
3. Supervising the university gates, issuing university identification cards, and verifying vehicle entry permits.
4. Intervening swiftly to resolve any conflicts, disputes, or issues that may arise within the university campus.
