The Oversight and Audit unit aims to protect the university's funds and properties while ensuring the proper application of applicable laws, regulations, and financial/administrative instructions through continuous examination and auditing of all institutional financial and administrative transactions.

Objectives

1. Audit and review all financial transactions, final accounts, and documents to guarantee absolute compliance with laws and instructions.
2. Evaluate internal control systems' efficiency and provide practical proposals to continuously reinforce and develop them.
3. Monitor warehouse movements and perform regular periodic inventories of fixed assets and university properties.
4. Provide financial and regulatory consultations to senior administration to prevent errors and ensure sound financial decisions.
