Overview

The Administrative and Financial Affairs unit serves as the core organizational and logistical foundation of the university. It manages human resources, financial transactions, budgets, payroll, procurement, and general services, ensuring smooth daily workflows and high efficiency.

Objectives

  1. Organize recruitment, promotions, allowances, leaves, and personnel files for all university faculty and administrative staff.
  2. Prepare annual budgets, manage expenditures and revenues, and organize precise accounting records and payrolls.
  3. Provide logistical requirements, procurement, and necessary supplies to operate colleges and departments smoothly.
  4. Develop and enhance the skills of administrative and financial staff by engaging them in continuous training programs.
