The Diwan Affairs unit handles managing general utility and logistical services at the university, including vehicle fleet management and transport, cleanliness, agricultural services and gardens, hospitality, emergency maintenance of devices and furniture, and maintaining a comfortable environment.

Objectives

1. Organize transport movements, maintain university vehicles, and secure appropriate transport for staff and official delegations.
2. Supervise cleanliness, arrangement, and preparation of administrative buildings, halls, and corridors continuously.
3. Care for gardens and green spaces, developing aesthetic and environmental aspects within the campus.
4. Manage service warehouses, hospitality affairs, and equip halls for conferences and official events with all logistical requirements.
