Overview

The Studies and Planning unit collects and analyzes statistical data, formulates strategic and operational plans for the university, and coordinates the establishment of new academic departments, colleges, and centers, while determining annual student admission capacities in coordination with relevant bodies.

To formulate a forward-looking strategic planning vision that relies on accurate indicators and rigorous studies to support optimal decision-making for sustainable university development.

Mission

To deliver integrated statistical and scientific studies and plans that optimize university resource allocation and develop its academic and administrative paths to meet development requirements and labor market needs.

Objectives

1. Prepare strategic, operational, and annual plans for various university colleges and departments and monitor execution rates.
2. Collect, classify, and analyze comprehensive statistical data, publishing annual statistical reports for the university.
3. Study and verify requests for establishing new colleges, academic departments, and administrative centers according to approved regulations.
4. Determine and coordinate annual student admission plans for undergraduate studies in cooperation with colleges and the ministry.
