Overview
The Department of Studies and Planning is one of the principal administrative units of the University Presidency. It is responsible for preparing strategic and operational plans, conducting institutional studies, developing key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data, and supporting evidence-based decision-making. The department also oversees the implementation of strategic plans and development projects in alignment with the University's vision and strategic objectives.
