The Scholarships unit organizes and manages external scholarship affairs, fellowships, and study leaves for university staff. It coordinates and monitors cultural and academic relations and agreements with international universities and educational institutions.

1. Monitor the affairs of scholars and study-leave students abroad, facilitating all administrative and legal procedures.
2. Activate memoranda of understanding and scientific/cultural agreements signed with prestigious global universities and research centers.
3. Coordinate the university's participation in various international conferences, educational programs, and organizations.
4. Provide faculty and administrative staff with comprehensive details regarding available international scholarship and research opportunities.
